JERUSALEM -- Foreign minister Vuk Drašković will today in Jerusalem meet Israeli
prime minister Ehud Olmert.
Drašković will also meet Israel’s top officials: Olmert’s deputy Shimon Peres,
foreign minister Tzipi Livni, and Binyamin Netanyahu, chairman of the Likud,
the main opposition party in the Israeli Knesset. The two countries bilateral
relations will top the agenda. It is expected that one of the topics will be
the future status of Kosovo
The Serbian minister will on Sunday visit Yad Vashem, a memorial center near
Jerusalem dedicated to the victims of the Holocaust, later
on meeting with the director of the Simon Wiesenthal Center
Efraim Zuroff.
Drašković is currently on a three-day
visit to Israel.
